Ice Spikes in my garden

I saw such spikes for the first time. At first I misunderstood these for snow but a closer look revealed it is not so. Then I tried google to find what this could be. I'm guessing these are called Ice Spike but not very sure. See Ice Spike for more details. What ever these are but I found very interesting and beautiful.
